Location: Remote (Europe-based, with a focus on Italy)

About Us: We are Qeepl, a luggage storage app looking to expand across Europe, especially Italy. Our platform allows travelers to find the nearest luggage storage in hotels, hostels, bars, and shops – like Airbnb for luggage.

About the Role: Qeepl is hiring a Business Development Representative. You will sign businesses onto Qeepl’s platform and handle the Italian market using sales activities. This is a remote part-time job.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential partners (hotels, hostels, bars, shops) interested in offering luggage storage services.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify the best locations and expansion strategies.
• Grow Qeepl’s network and fill supply gaps in {country}.
• Cold call, email, and reach out to potential hosts.
• Work with your manager to find new areas for growth.
• Get leads every month, but also find your own.
• Handle the full sales process from the first call to onboarding.

Your Profile:
• Fluent in English and {language}.
• Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, particularly with a full sales cycle and selling to small businesses.
• High energy and eager to learn and succeed.
• Comfortable making many sales calls and approaching businesses cold.
• Okay with hearing "no" and handling rejection.
• Positive and confident on the phone and in-person.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, aiming to help the company succeed.
• Confident in face-to-face interactions and outside sales with local businesses.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Interested in Sales, Marketing, and Startups.
• Knowledge of the European market, especially Germany and Italy.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
