We are looking for Sales Account Executive that would be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Ideally for a 6-12 months project, but we are open for talk.

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting

- Identify and research potential customers through various channels

- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients

- Initiate contact with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations

2. Qualification

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points

- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's product offerings and capabilities

- Prioritize prospects based on potential value and likelihood of conversion

3. Presentation

- Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the customer's needs

- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of the product in relation to the customer's business objectives

4. Closing and contracting:

- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes that address customer-specific requirements.

- Negotiate terms and pricing to align with both customer expectations and company goals

- Lead contract negotiations to ensure all legal and compliance aspects are addressed

- Secure final agreements and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation and customer success teams

5. Performance

- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue

- Continuously refine sales strategies and tactics based on performance data and market feedback

We’re looking for:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, bonus for working with corporate and enterprise customers, ideally in a startup environment

- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and experience managing deals from prospecting to closure

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (Hubspot, Lusha is a plus)

-ACV at least 1k

-At least 2 years of experience

-C1 level in English, nice to have: French or German

What we offer:

-Full remote

-Full time position

-2000€/month gross as base plus commission

-Contract for 6 up to 12 months, with the opportunity to renewal
