Role & Responsibilities:
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenues, market shares as well as improving the KPIs of the assigned properties through the strategic implementation of revenue management procedures.
Some of the main responsibilities will be:
• Daily pickup analysis and produce property-level business reporting of all relevant performance KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide periodic dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
• Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
• Manage and oversee tactics and strategies for all third-party distribution channels
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience as Revenue Manager
• Highly computer literate with an outstanding command of Excel
• Knowledgeable of hotel technology
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple properties in different locations
• Availability to occasional traveling
• A Revenue Management certification will be considered a plus
