At ElasticHotel we are on a mission to revolutionize how hoteliers are using technology. We set out to unify a highly fragmented software landscape and offer the right tools, interfaces and expertise for the job. To propel our Italian based tech company to its next stage of growth, we are looking to expand our sales team.

What you will do:
• Understand our cutting-edge hospitality tech solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients. This includes mastering revenue management from a technical perspective and translating it to business impact for potential customers.
• Proactively prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads through workshops, cold calling, networking, and other outreach activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring successful implementation to post-sales support.
• Continuously learn and report about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to position our solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts within our CRM system.

What you bring to the table:
• 2+ years of new business sales experience, preferably selling a technical product
• Ability to prospect into accounts and pro-actively generate net-new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Comfort with technology and a passion for the hospitality industry
