Join Us as a Junior International Growth Manager for Medical Devices

The Role:

In this exciting role, you'll be the bridge bringing innovative medical solutions, which are new or just beginning to make their mark in Europe, to light. Your portfolio will be diverse, covering anything from orthopaedics and wearable health tech to software for medical purposes and rehabilitation products. Your main goal? To carve out and manage new customer relationships through various channels like distributors, hospitals, health professionals, and industry influencers, to drive sales revenue all while representing our clients' interests.

What You'll Do:
• Craft and execute sales strategies after thorough market analysis, aiming to establish and expand sales channels.
• Dive into diverse environments, collaborating with both your team and our clients' management to drive sales growth.
• Seek out new business prospects and forge lasting partnerships, ensuring our clients' technologies find their place in the market.
• Be proactive in lead generation, securing sales opportunities, and nurturing partnerships.
• Support and coordinate with our sales team for a seamless operation.
• Engage in direct client and customer interactions, offering insights and steering sales discussions.
• Report your progress and strategies directly to client management and Growth Medics' CEO.

Your Responsibilities:
• Leading market research to pinpoint opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
• Developing a strategic sales and marketing plan to win in the market.
• Identifying and cultivating new business avenues and partnerships.
• Direct involvement in sales initiatives, from cold calls to closing deals.
• Supporting your inside sales team and managing customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Traveling within the EU/MENA region for customer training, sales presentations, and closing deals.
• Participating in and visiting trade shows.

What We're Looking For:
• 3-5 years of field sales experience in the medical/surgical device industry is a must have.
• Proven ability to work with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
• Fluent in English and two other European languages is a must have, with a preference for German, Italian, French, or Dutch.
• A proven track record of launching new medical products successfully.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management abilities with a talent for juggling various customers and markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• A bachelor's degree in international business or a related field.
• Open to hybrid or fully remote work setups, to be discussed.
