Responsibility:

1.Develop and execute overseas sales plans.
• Clearly define sales goals and develop corresponding action plans, effectively implement them to meet company requirements, master AIDINC sales skills and relevant product technical knowledge, and be able to effectively apply them to daily sales work.
• Collect detailed hospital and micro market analysis, and be able to update and analyze in a timely manner, understand competitive markets, and develop effective competitive strategies, cooperate with regional market activities, reasonably utilize resources, enhance customer value, and have a deep understanding of regional market conditions, anticipate potential opportunities and obstacles, and make timely and effective decisions.

2. KOL management
• Establish and improve overseas KOL information archives, effectively analyze customer potential and needs, develop action plans, and use resources reasonably and effectively to establish and maintain KOL cooperation relationships.

3.Overseas distributors management
• Collect, screen and develop distributors who meet standards, motivate and provide corresponding training to ensure that distributors meet company requirements.
• Good distributors management and communication skills, able to regularly evaluate performance and provide constructive suggestions, and maintain a healthy and smooth distribution channel.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medicine or international trade;
• At least 5 years of experience in sales of medical device consumables;
• Familiar with company products, proficient in commonly used surgical procedures, able to communicate deeply with clinical clients;
