Job Summary:

The Amazon Brand Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our brand's presence on Amazon. This includes strategizing to increase sales, optimizing product listings, managing customer reviews, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with our marketing team to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and visibility on Amazon.
• Manage product listings, including SEO optimization to improve product discoverability.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics like sales trends, conversion rates, and ACoS to inform decisions.
• Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and other advertising campaigns to increase brand exposure.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
• Handle customer reviews and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and trends, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand.
• Work with finance teams to manage budgets and forecast sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Amazon seller or vendor accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and advertising solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Amazon FBA and Amazon Brand Registry.
• Knowledge of e-commerce SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
