Who we are:

Brandplane is a startup founded in February 2023, working to boost the marketing strategies of companies. It is a web platform that, leveraging AI and machine learning, optimizes and reduces the costs and time of marketing campaigns, enhancing the online presence of brands, agencies, companies, and freelancers.

Despite being less than a year old, Brandplane has already acquired 500 users and closed its pre-seed round in December 2023. The platform is continually evolving, as is the organizational structure of the team, providing an excellent environment for growth and career development.

Job Overview:

The SDR position is a remote role that highlights your abilities to drive pipeline growth while preparing you to grow into future opportunities. Remote meaning you still need to go to clients if you think you need, but you manage your own schedule.

This role will be crucial to accelerate revenue in the Italian market in 2024 and in the European market starting from Q4 2024.

Accelerate revenue means helping us out 8x-ing our 2023 bootstrapping revenue. Yes, we know it is bold, but that is how we identify and the culture you shall fit in.

You get to work directly with the CEO to help optimize the sales process and define the culture and the onboarding and objective tracking for the future Sales Team.

As a self-starter and someone who thrives on challenges, you will own the top of the funnel and over time, begin to learn the full sales cycle. You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with the Founders to develop and improve funnel creation and learn the foundations of the sales cycle to close and even account management. Lastly, this role allows someone with entrepreneurial spirit to help us develop the culture and process of future SDR’s.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage existing tools and, if needed, add new tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers at new accounts
• Craft targeted outreach approaches and collaborate with the Founders to source prospects and drive outbound prospecting activities
• Build a sales pipeline via daily sourcing and develop new and creative sales strategies and techniques, and update CRM accordingly
• Identify and utilize social media to build awareness and create inbound pipeline.
• Set meetings with qualified prospects for a proper handoff to close.
• Business develop. That's it.

Requirements:
• 1.5 - 3 years of SDR experience
• Perfect Italian and English Proficiency (level C1 - and yes we will test it directly)
• Experience and confidence in cold-calling and cold-emailing
• Experience working with a CRM
• You are ambitious, driven and take initiative.

Nice to haves:
• You have been part of an early stage start-up before
• Strong social media presence, or previous experience with cold LinkedIn messaging and prospect engaging
• Experience working in Marketing & Advertising industry, better if Martech
• Experience working in B2B SaaS
• Experience working with cold prospecting tools
• Proficiency a third language, better if the language is Spanish, French, German or Portuguese
