Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building marketing campaigns, identifying potential customers, and developing leads and sales opportunities. They will work collaboratively within our team to improve sales strategies and establish a strong presence in the market.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry as the role will increase in complexity over time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools such as SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Analytical ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
