Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on expanding our reach within the Italian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, specifically targeting HR managers and employee wellness officers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract Italian companies to use the YuMuuv Wellness Challenges app.
• Conduct outreach to potential B2B clients, primarily focusing on HR departments and wellness officers.
• Present and demonstrate the value of YuMuuv solutions through tailored pitches and proposals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding clients to securing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target key accounts.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
• Italian speaker with excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the HR or employee wellness sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A passion for wellness and a strong belief in the YuMuuv mission.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
