Role Overview
As a Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will encompass performing KYC checks on businesses globally, conducting product testing, and managing client accounts.
Responsibilities
- KYC Checks: Execute thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications on businesses worldwide, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Client Account Management: Manage client accounts, fostering strong relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Product Testing: Rigorously test our innovative product to ensure its effectiveness and reliability in real-world scenarios.
Requirements
- Compliance Expertise: Understanding of compliance regulations, applying this knowledge to conduct effective KYC checks. A degree in business-related fields, such as law or criminology, is beneficial.
- Business Operations: Strong background in business operations, demonstrating proficiency in client account management.
- Analytical Skills: Possess analytical skills to critically assess and test our product, ensuring it meets high standards of functionality and performance.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English to liaise with clients, address inquiries, and provide comprehensive support.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex compliance-related challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
