We are eagerly looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Manager to spearhead and develop Mergerin’s operations in Italy. This commission-based role is perfectly suited for an individual with strong experience in business development, networking, and team leadership. The Country Manager will be crucial in recruiting, nurturing, and organizing local Mergerin partners and industry representatives, thereby driving our expansion and strengthening our market presence in Italy.
• Strategically expand Mergerin’s market presence in Italy, in line with our swift growth across Europe.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee a network of local partners and industry representatives.
• Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives within the region.
• Guide and grow the local team, ensuring they are in harmony with Mergerin’s objectives and culture.
• Manage regional financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Analyze market trends and pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with Italian regulations and adherence to Mergerin’s global standards.
• Represent Mergerin at industry events, increasing our profile and networking opportunities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role, with a focus on network building and partner management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Italian business environment.
• Outstanding leadership abilities with the skill to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
